YOUR GUIDE

Liv Rose is a seasoned ocean guide, specialising in facilitating profound connections with the underwater world. With a wealth of experience ranging from introducing novice divers to the intricacies of diverse marine environments to guiding experienced freedivers to explore new depths, Liv possesses the expertise to enhance your Lord Howe Island experience.

Her journey on Lord Howe Island commenced in 2020, fueled by a deep passion for exploring the profound depths of the ocean through scuba diving. Following the completion of her Dive Master certification with Dive Lord Howe, Liv embraced the challenge of earning her Open Water Scuba Instructor Certificate. Returning for her second season in 2021, she adeptly assumed the dual roles of a skipper and a dedicated scuba instructor, catering to the needs of enthusiastic tourists.

The year 2022 witnessed Liv taking on the role of managing the Dive Shop on weekends, further solidifying her expertise. She also diligently accrued hours as the captain of their dive vessels. The combination of skippering duties on Lord Howe, along with the management of a group of less-experienced divers, demanded critical decision-making, forward-thinking, and a steadfast commitment to professionalism and safety, ensuring the well-being of all involved.

Liv's extensive exposure to the unpredictable weather conditions above and the captivating marine world below has honed her instincts and knowledge. With over a decade of experience in marine tourism, she exudes a natural comfort and unwavering commitment to safety in the water, ensuring that your journey is not only unforgettable but, above all, secure. With her expert guidance, you are assured of being in capable hands as you embark on an unparalleled exploration of this unique island.
