Have you completed a Level 1 Freediver course or equivalent? Are you ready to further explore your depths? This course is for those who are already comfortable on the freedive line, comfortable equalising and ready to develop and refine their freediving skills to another level. This course introduces you to life as a freediver, how we can move and think to improve our physical and mental performance. You will come away feeling sleak, sexy and totally capable.

Change of warm clothes/ wind proof jacket for OW day
