2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings for courses, expeditions, and programs are subject to availability and confirmed only once full payment (or deposit where specified) is received.

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Payment processing fees, bank transfer costs, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked (e.g., courses, expeditions, memberships). Specific details are outlined at the point of booking and must be reviewed before payment.

  • In all cases, no refunds are provided for “no-shows” or failure to attend without notice.

  • If Liv For The Sea cancels or reschedules a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather, insufficient participants), participants will be offered either a transfer to another date or a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

  • By booking or participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and free from any condition that may endanger yourself or others.

  • For in-water activities (freediving, pool training, expeditions), it is the participant’s responsibility to seek medical clearance from a doctor if there are any concerns about health conditions.

  • Liv For The Sea is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical expenses resulting from ignoring safety guidelines, personal health conditions, or participation in activities.

  • Transport to and from course or expedition locations is not provided by Liv For The Sea and remains the responsibility of the participant. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents occurring during personal transport.

5. Travel Responsibility (Expeditions Only)

  • Participants are responsible for arranging valid passports, visas, and travel insurance (including water activities and trip cancellation cover).

  • Liv For The Sea is not responsible for costs or losses incurred due to travel delays, visa issues, or missed flights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, digital content, community content, and resources shared remain the intellectual property of Liv For The Sea and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

  • Where external photographers, videographers, or creators are credited, their work remains their property and may not be reused without consent.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information provided (including medical forms, liability waivers, or booking details) will remain confidential and used solely for operational purposes.

  • We will not share or sell your information to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Risk Acknowledgement

  • By participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that freediving, ocean-based activities, and travel carry inherent risks.

  • You agree to release Liv For The Sea and associated instructors, staff, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

9. Changes to Terms
