Join this six week pool training program designed for all levels of freedivers.

Are you a certified freediver wanting to establish a training routine? Do you want to train towards a goal? Keen to meet freedivers in your area? Or simply make your self accountable to a mental health check once a week, freediving is WELLNESS!! Come and get FIT FOR SUMMER!!

The nightly training sessions will be designed for everyone to achieve at their own pace. There will be a range of options to adjust the difficulty to suit your level. But the main goal is to experiment and have fun!!

The sessions might include:

  • Apnea Freestyle

  • Static Apnea

  • Dynamic Apnea - No Fins/ Bi Fins & Monofin

  • Freestyle with or without fins

  • Apnea Crab Walking

  • Breath hold games and more :)

Whats Included;

  • 6 week intensive program designed for you to reach your goals

  • Private instructor guiding you through the evenings program

  • Weekly get together with like minded water people

  • Gear hire

PENDING SCHEDULE
Monday Nights 6:30 - 8:00pm
(Starting 2nd of Feb 2026)

  • Week 1 - Monday 02/02: 6:30PM – 8PM (50M Outdoor Pool)

  • Week 2 - Monday 09/02: 6:30PM – 8PM

  • Week 3 - Monday 016/02: 6:30PM – 8PM

  • Week 4 - Monday 23/02: 6:30PM – 8PM

    Two weeks off due to MSAC POOL CLOSURE

  • Week 5 - Monday 16/03: 6:30PM – 8PM

  • Week 6 - Monday 23/03: 6:30PM – 8PM

  • Yes.

    OR

    You must have completed an Introductory Course or Lap Course that involved pool training skills.

  • That’s totally fine it’s your program, you make of it what you want.

    If you miss a week of training, not a problem, we will get you up to track when we see you next.

  • Mask & Snorkel, Fins, Weight belt & Weights and a thin wetsuit for pool training.

    Gear is available for hire when you book.

  • The 6 Week Progam is designed to keep you on track towards a goal. It’s designed to keep you accountable and steadily improve your fitness over time.

    If you can’t commit to one night a week for 6 weeks, you can attend a single session at $55. You will join in on our exercises for the day and take it at your own pace as always.
